JORDANE SAGET is a Paris-based visual artist whose instantly recognizable linear compositions have become an integral part of the city’s contemporary landscape. With a background that bridges architecture and mathematics, Saget has developed a singular visual language, fluid, meditative, and resolutely his own. Since 2015, his iconic chalk-drawn motifs have appeared throughout the streets of Paris, weaving subtle yet powerful interventions into the urban fabric.
Saget’s practice exists at the intersection of street art and fine art, where spontaneous gesture meets disciplined form. His flowing, interlaced lines – always freehand – evoke a quiet rhythm and a poetic dialogue with space. While ephemeral by nature, his interventions carry a timeless quality, reflecting on themes of presence, transience, and the beauty of repetition.
His work has garnered wide recognition, leading to collaborations with esteemed cultural institutions and luxury houses such as Hermès and Agnès b. Beyond his public works, Saget’s studio practice spans drawing, painting, and site-specific installation. Whether exhibited on city walls or within gallery spaces, his work maintains an arresting simplicity and a deep conceptual resonance.
Jordane Saget has participated in numerous exhibitions and artistic collaborations in France and abroad, including presentations in Monaco, Dubai, and the United States. His lines, though silent, speak universally, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and rediscover the spaces they inhabit.
Monaco in Lines
Jordane Saget collaborated with the Société des Bains de Mer in 2024, creating ephemeral interventions across Monaco’s most iconic locations, from the Café de Paris to the terraces of the casino, the legendary Mc Beach diving board and pontoon – infusing these emblematic sites with his signature lines in a poetic dialogue between place, gesture, and presence.
"I started by drawing one line, but the number one stands for unity. It’s too big and impossible to represent in my eyes. The number two does not speak to me: it is wobbly, frozen and lacks movement. The number three has been revealed to me. It is the first child who unites a couple, it is the imbalance which leads to create the balance adding at the same time the movement."
